An Phong SaPa Mission Project (2012 to 2014): Do Luan Foundation has provided scholarship for selected students with high grade and eager to learn thru Sapa Mission Project. These are group of young ladies and young men of the Hmong community in Sapa, a remote area in Vietnam. They have come together to the Hope Center to learn, to work and to build a community. The Center was created by San Antonio/Sapa mission from Rev Nghia Cao called Circle of Hope (Gia Dinh An Phong). Other fund provided by Do Luan Foundation also used for supplying good meal for up to 200 children in the Hope Center.

Di Linh Project (James Linh Do Memorial Scholarship) (2012 to current): recommended by Sr Josephine Mai Thi Mau from Sister of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul. The fund has provided night school for young children, and food and clothes for the children with nutrition deficiencies in the remote villages in Huyen Dam Rong (Province), Tinh Lam Dong (City) (Da Lat), Vietnam.

Phong Loc School Scholarship (2009 to 2015): Do Luan Foundation has sponsored and granted scholarships to the young students in Phong Loc Province, Nam Dinh, Vietnam. The scholarship was recommended by Reverent Peter Thieu Duc Luong.

Bui Chu Saint An’s Orphanage (2009 to current): Do Luan Foundation has provided financial assistance to the orphanages in Xuan Ngoc Village Viet Nam. They are the disable and abandoned children from age 12 and under. The financial assistance was recommended by Sr. Theresa Lieu Thi Nguyen.
