How do I apply for scholarship?
You need to request for application. There are several ways to request for application:

- Be refer by Teacher/Leader
Is the Scholarship open for non-Vietnamese?
Yes. As stated in our mission, our long-term goal is to draw more publicity and expand our mission to assist the unfortunate children all around the world.
How does the Foundation get funding to run the charity activities?
Do Luan Foundation is a non-profit organization. We keep our cost to the minimum. Our Board of Directors are all volunteers and receive no compensation. Except for minor administrative expenses, all the foundation resources are devoted to grant making to needy charitable causes. We rely on contribution and donation to keep the charity activities going.
